I found Eitan to be invaluable as a teacher. He was able to guide me to do the tricks in mixing and mastering that before had seemed impossible. He is a very patient teacher and was able to teach me how to “listen” in an entirely different way than I thought I could before. That the basic principles of EQ and compression always seemed to be a mystery before I could see in real time just how much the sound can change. Use the tools with a little guidance and slowly but surely I began to hear the problems I couldn’t before.
For me I am most definitely a visual learner that does better with person to person teaching (much better than just watching a YouTube tutorial) so learning to hear it the right way was huge in improving the sound of everything I do.
